The first step in the booking process is to fill out our contact form. We will check your date's availability and respond by email with the answers to any questions you may have about scheduling with us
Finally, as we draw a bit closer to the wedding date, we will schedule another phone call to discuss in more detail, the wedding day timeline, any specific elements or requests for photo and video, and our team will leave with a clear understanding of your vision for photo and video
Once you have moved on past the inquiry stage and have reserved your date with us, we will schedule a phone call to discuss your wedding day details and get to know each other before scheduling your included engagement session

WILL YOU HAVE AN ASSISTANT WITH YOU ON THE DAY OF
Will you be using a second photographer/videographer
Absolutely. All our packages include a second shooter as this is essential to getting multiple angles during crucial moments eg. First Look, Ceremony and Speeches. The second shooter is also able to focus on one spouse for all the getting ready moments etc, while the lead shooter focuses on the other.
Yes, our team always works with a photo/video assistant who is essential to keeping a timely flow of events on the wedding day. Our assistant will also help with gathering family members for family formals and making sure our lead shooter captures all the requested family members in the particular grouping. He/she is also there to assist you in any way needed on the big day!

Am i able to give creative direction with how my video is edited
This is your day, and we aim to capture it in a way that is most pleasing to you. While we do have a very particular style of shooting and editing, which will be consistent with your gallery, we welcome any inspiration that you may want to share with us as a reference for what types of images you enjoy the most.
Yes you definitely can. Our default is to create a video that offers both a mix of excitement and eye catching clips, coupled with a romantic recount of the day. Most of our clients trust us to make the decisions on music selections etc, but we welcome your thoughts if you would like to play a more hands on role with your film. If you prefer to be more involved with the edit, we discuss all your preferences on a phone call prior to the start of edit
